The connection began online, through social media. After our initial conversations, the customer expressed a strong desire to personally experience our products. With impressive determination, he traveled directly from Madrid to our factory — a journey of more than 14 hours, without pause — showing his passion for Pilates and his trust in Emaxfit.
3 Days of Exchange and Inspiration 🌍
During his three-day visit, the customer had the chance to:
Tour our factory, exploring our production lines and quality control process.
Enjoy a day tour of our city, discovering local culture and hospitality.
Visit our office, where we exchanged ideas and explored future opportunities together.

Our guest is not only a Pilates enthusiast but also a biology professor. With his scientific background and deep understanding of human movement, he shared unique insights on reformer design and functionality.
He emphasized the importance of simplicity in design, believing that a streamlined, user-friendly reformer can create better experiences for Pilates practitioners. Drawing from his own expertise, he even suggested adjustments and simplifications, which he plans to apply in his own studio.
