Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting three international customer groups— from Australia, Singapore, and Germany — at our production facility in Shandong, China.
Each team brought their own unique vision, and we were thrilled to support them with hands-on experience, factory tours, and product testing sessions.
Australia: Scaling Fast with Smart Equipment Choices
The Australian team came to us with a clear and exciting mission:
Rapidly expand their Pilates equipment online store across the region.
Already seeing strong demand in their existing locations, they are now planning to launch multiple new products within the next 12 months.
Toured our full production line, focusing on wood reformers, folding reformers, and half-Cadillac units.
Tested different spring tensions, carriage glides, and upholstery textures to select the perfect feel for beginner and advanced clients.
Reviewed bulk packaging solutions to optimize freight and studio rollout timelines.

Singapore: Vision Meets Custom Design
The Singapore customer group brought something truly exciting to the table:
They wanted to create their own line of uniquely designed Pilates reformers — blending both function and fashion for their premium urban wellness space.
Highlights of their visit:
Reviewed multiple frame design options, including matte black aluminum and solid beech wood frames.
Explored custom color palettes, logo engraving, and accessories tailored for high-end aesthetics.
Worked with our product engineers to sketch out exclusive upgrades, such as silent gliders, compact foldable legs, and minimalist tower integration.
We’re not just building a studio — we’re building a brand, said the founder. Having a manufacturer who listens and co-creates with us is exactly what we need.
We’re now moving into prototype development with their team and plan to co-launch this exclusive reformer design in the Singapore market by year-end.
Germany: Starting Strong with a Brand-New Studio
The German client came with the dream of opening their first-ever boutique Pilates studio in a growing wellness district near Munich. Passionate about movement and mindful living, the owner is transitioning from a career in physiotherapy to full-time Pilates instruction.
During the factory tour, they:
Carefully tested different Pilates reformer models, looking for equipment that would feel welcoming to beginners but stable enough for athletes.
